| Iowa Authorities Arrest Escaped Minnehaha County Inmate |

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Authorities in Iowa have arrested an inmate who escaped from a Minnehaha County jail last week. Authorities say on Saturday, Altona, Iowa police were responding to a suspicious vehicle call. Police determined the vehicle was stolen out of Sioux Falls. Authorities found the vehicle and arrested 45-year-old Roy Hampton and 25-year-old Brittany Beal. Hampton is wanted for escape out of a Minnehaha County jail and is being held pending extradition to South Dakota. Beal is being charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and may also face a harboring charge in Minnehaha County. Read More. |
