The South Dakota Department of Corrections is searching for a missing inmate from the Rapid City Community Work Center. The DOC says 34-year old Matthew Shaw failed to report to his work release job in Rapid City on Sunday. Shaw is white, 5'11", 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Read More. |
