Authorities say an inmate assaulted an officer at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. 19-year-old Blakely Houle is charged with second degree assault. The sheriff's office said on Aug. 15, Houle became unruly during a visit when officers removed him from the visitation room. Read More. |
