DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) - The Iowa Department of Corrections is asking for help finding a man who didn't return from work release on Friday. 35-year-old Ray Allen Blume was supposed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Work Release facility on Friday but didn't. Blume was admitted to the facility on July 9 and is 5 ft. 11 in. tall, weighing 242 pounds. Anyone who sees Blume or might know where he is should contact local police. Read More. |
