A Morgan County Grand Jury has named eight people in an indictment against the case of an escaped inmate attempting to smuggle contraband back into the prison. A Morgan County Grand Jury has returned 8 indictments against inmate Robert Fusco and several co-defendants. An investigation uncovered Fusco, a minimum security inmate, was able to escape from the facility. However, Department of Corrections officials says Fusco wasn't trying to escape custody, but rather bring contraband back into the prison. Read More. |
