The Cascade Couty Attorney's Office released Monday the complete list of 14 inmates that face charges for their involvement in the July 28 riot at the Cascade County Detention Center. The first of the charges was filed against Zachary Paul Potts July 31, but the rest of the names were not released as the investigation progressed. Read More. |
