Inmate jumps out of transport van, caught 4 hours later |

ELYRIA — A man who jumped from a corrections facility transport van eluded police for roughly four hour after a court appearance in Elyria on Monday morning. According to a news release from the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office, Charles F.
