A 34-year-old inmate of the Ventura County jail was arrested Thursday in connection with the killing of another inmate earlier this month, officials said. Daniel Luis Fuller, of Ventura, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder after an investigation by the Ventura County Sheriff's Office into the death of inmate Jeffrey Kibler, 53, on Sept. 11. Fuller remained in custody on $2 million bail and was due in court on Monday. Read More. |
