OKLAHOMA CITY - The Department of Corrections wants a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against it by the estate of Tulsa resident Amber Hilberling. Hilberling hanged herself in 2016. Her estate sued DOC saying it failed to keep her safe. The judge is expected to decide Thursday whether to dismiss the case or allow it to proceed. Read More. |
