| Polk City man walks away from work release program |

A man failed to report back to report back to a work release facility as required on Sunday night. Felix Gomez, 40, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility, according to a Monday news release from the Department of Corrections. Gomez is convicted of domestic abuse assault and other crimes in Polk City. He was admitted to the work release program in July. Read More. |
