| Regional jail inmate found unresponsive, later dies |

A man serving time at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail in Portsmouth died Saturday, according to jail officials. A jail officer found Tomas Clement Jones, 60, unresponsive in his jail bunk about 3:22 a.m. Saturday, officials said.
