MADISON, MS (WLBT) - The Mississippi Supreme Court has refused to review the appeal of a man convicted of two counts of armed robbery. In December 2014, Juantez D. McDonald was sentenced to serve fifty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The last ten years of the sentence was suspended. Sentencing had been delayed because McDonald failed to appear at trial and was convicted in his absence. Read More. |
