| Roads clear after inmate comes down from Exeter prison roof |

Road surrounding Exeter prison have reopened this morning after a person climbed onto the roof. The dramatic incident began at around 8.30pm last night, after the man, understood to be an inmate at HMP Exeter, was spotted on the roof and was throwing objects. The Prison Service has now confirmed the man, beleived to be an inmate, is now down from the roof. Read More. |
