MOUNTAIN CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) - Northeast Tennessee Correctional Facility is transitioning to a ‘soft lockdown’ WJHL has learned from Tennessee Department of Corrections East Tennessee PIO that the Northeast Tennessee Correctional Facility is now transitioning to a “soft lockdown” for today leading into tomorrow.
