ALBUQUERQUE, N.M .(KRQE) - An MDC inmate is facing new criminal charges after he allegedly tried to attack a corrections officer. According to a criminal complaint, on Thursday, 34-year-old Emanuel Dominguez came up behind the officer and tried to place him in a chokehold.
