Waiawa Correctional Facility staff reported inmate Jason Otto Soriano missing from a 7 p.m. headcount. They locked down the facility, did a grounds search and notified Sheriffs and Honolulu Police. His disappearance is still under investigation. Soriano is 37-years-old, weighs 160 lbs, and is 5’6” tall. He has brown eyes and brown hair but shaves his head bald. Read More. |
