Dane County Jail to increase inmate access to family members as part of pilot study |

MADISON, Wis. - The Dane County Jail has been selected as a pilot site for a national project to help incarcerated individuals maintain connections with their families. The Family Connections Project is a collaboration between the National Institute of Corrections and the Bureau of Justice Assistance that allows inmates to foster relationships with their families while in jail. The project facilitates contact between family members. Staff at the jail will also receive training and assistance from experts on the subject. Read More. |
