Boulder County jail deputy injured by inmate during altercation |

A Boulder County Jail inmate assaulted a deputy Sunday morning, punching him in the head at least six times, according to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. As breakfast trays were being passed out in a medium security section of the jail at 5:15 a.m., 21-year-old Juan Rafael Romero-Robles became upset because laundry service wasn't scheduled for Sunday, according to the sheriff's office.
