Inmate pleads guilty to charges |

CLEARFIELD — An inmate of the state prison in Houtzdale pleaded guilty to contraband charges during sentencing court in Clearfield County on Tuesday. Kendall Phillips, 33, was sentenced by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman to two to four years in state prison. The charges stem from an incident on Nov. 19, 2017, at the prison. Read More. |
