Before you think about sending an invitation, keep in mind that there are two types of negotiations: operational and scheduled. In preparation for the operational meeting, the secretary should invite participants, notify the head of the employees who did not come, find out the reasons for their absence.
An invitation letter is a document drawn up by a party that invites you to come to a northern country. It is usually applied to other documents and shown as an additional argument for obtaining a visa or legalizing a stay in the country. Writing a letter should be taken calmly but without much reverence. This document is sure to be read, but it plays a more supporting role. However, lying in the invitation letter is also not worth it: do not give promises that you cannot fulfill.
