Inmate recaptured after leaving Montgomery County work-release center |

An inmate who left the Red Eagle Work Center Tuesday afternoon has been recaptured, Alabama Department of Corrections officials say. The inmate, 27-year-old Teddy Roosevelt Cotton, left Red Eagle Work Release in Montgomery County around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, officials said.
