LACOMBE, La. — A Louisiana man is accused of forcing his way into a home where his wife and child were staying and shoving his wife to the floor, while he was out on work release. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office says 33-year-old Keith Bickham was being housed at a privately run work release facility in Livingston Parish, and is now in the Livingston Parish jail.
