The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said deputies captured two escaped Kentucky inmates in Ashland County Thursday night. The sheriff's office received an alert around 7:40 p.m. to be on the lookout for Paul Napier and Brandon Long who were on the run from Lewis County, Kentucky. Around 8:45 p.m., deputies spotted the car the inmates were reported to be traveling in near Morse Road and Karl Road. Read More. |
