A 16-year-old boy convicted of homicide faces new charges of raping his cellmate. The boy was being held with his alleged victim at Alameda County (Calif.) Juvenile Hall. Deputies say the sexual assaults on the 13-year-old occurred over two days. They blamed the incident on overcrowding, which forced them to put the two boys together. The victim has since been moved to a group home. |
