An escaped inmate from Wyoming and the prison employee believed to have helped him break out have been arrested in Monroe County, according to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Anna Lewis. Richard Fountaine and his alleged accomplice, Kimberly Belcher, were captured about 12:45 p.m. Friday at Ga. 42, near the Logwall Church Road area, she said. More details are expected later today.
