Two Tulare Co. women arrested for mailing drugs to inmates |

VISALIA, California - Two Tulare County women are facing criminal charges after they allegedly mailed in drugs to inmates inside the county jail. The Tulare County Sheriff's Office told Your Central Valley, last month, jail staff discovered two pieces of mail laced with drugs addressed to different inmates. The first letter containing crystal meth. "It was crushed really tiny, small, placed in a thin like plastic material, in between two particles of paper and sealed back so it wouldn't be discovered," Tulare County Sheriff's Lieutenant Cyrena Robles said.
