New charges have been filed against a man already incarcerated in state prison after police said he raped a juvenile girl, beginning when she was younger than 13. According to online court documents, Lynn D. Seiple, an inmate at State Correctional Institution – Houtzdale, faces felony charges of rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person younger than 16 and sexual assault.
