LISBON — Ignacio Rios, 28, county jail, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of a deadly weapon while under detention for allegedly having a six and three-quarter inch brass rod sharpened to a point on Dec. 13, 2018, while incarcerated at the jail.
