One would be hard-pressed to find a part of the Madison County Sheriff's Office that hasn't been built by an inmate. Since the law enforcement agency moved to their new location on Denmark Jackson Road in July 2017, inmates from the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville have been using the building as a training ground for the prison's carpentry program.
