Deputies say inmate overdosed on fentanyl at Mahoning County Jail |

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - The Mahoning County Sheriff's Office is investigating the overdose of an inmate while in custody at the Mahoning County Jail. According to an incident report, a deputy doing checks in a pod found 34-year-old William Kerensky acting "very lost and talking with slurred speech." After further observation, deputies reported that they asked Kerensky if he took anything for which he responded, "Do you want me to tell you the truth? I took a little fentanyl.," he said, according to the report. Read More. |
