Indictment filed against inmate who fled hospital in shackles |

WARSAW — A state prison inmate who could have been released in June now faces extra prison time after he was indicted and charged with attempting to escape custody in February at Wyoming County Community Hospital. A Wyoming County grand jury filed an indictment against Walter Daniels, 45, an inmate at Wyoming Correctional Facility. The indictment charges Daniels with second-degree escape, a class E felony punishable by up to four years in prison. Read More. |
