WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) - Cameron Henderson, 20, was ordered to have a mental evaluation at his arraignment Thursday after after being indicted for strangling his cell mate to death. Henderson plead not guilty to murdering Dale O' Neal, 54, on March 15. O' Neal was found unresponsive in his cell before 8 a.m. Friday. His autopsy report confirms he died of strangulation.
