| Allegheny County Jail inmate dies days after suicide attempt |

The Allegheny County Jail inmate who was hospitalized last weekend after attempting to hang himself in a cell has died. Homicide suspect Timothy Pauley, 34, of Weirton, W.Va., was found unresponsive by jail staff about 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
