| Delaware County inmate dies of injuries from assault at Warren Correctional |

A Delaware County man imprisoned for aggravated arson died Monday from injuries sustained when he was assaulted at the Warren Correctional Institution last weekend, authorities said. Christopher M. Richardson, 29, died Monday morning at a Dayton area hospital, said Sara French, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Richardson suffered his fatal injuries around 6 p.m. Saturday in his cell during an assault by another inmate, French said. Read More. |
