RIDGELAND, SC (WTOC) - A 34-year-old Jasper County inmate is being accused of beating, raping and threatening to kill a woman while in jail. The incident occurred at the Ridgeland Correctional Institution in Jasper County. A special agent says on March 6th, a woman was in the bathroom when Ahmad Bonds walked in.
