Former New England Mafia boss Francis “Cadillac Frank” Salemme, serving a life sentence for the 1993 slaying of a Southie nightclub owner, has been moved from a Brooklyn prison to a federal medical lockup in Missouri, records show.

Salemme, 85, is currently housed at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, Mo., according to the Bureau of Prisons website. It wasn’t immediately clear when federal authorities moved Salemme from the Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn to Missouri, or why.

A union official for correctional officers at the high-security prison told WV News there was a homicide at the facility, but couldn’t say whether it was Bulger. Hank Brennan, Bulger’s attorney, told BuzzFeed News, he couldn’t “confirm or deny it at this point.” And you can read about another industry like this on https://www.weezevent.com/online-casino-industry-past-future

Glad to read this good article. Salemme’s punishment will remain as a memorable precedent to them who think power longs last. No One can escape from the eye of law committing crime whoever he is- a mafia or a general people. I am a fiction writer and creates such a character with my imagination. But I hate this real notorious character. Actually, Now, I am working at https://researchpapers.io/write-my-college-research-paper/ as an academic writer. I mainly write an essay on different topics. I love to do this job as I can intimate with the innocent students here. I also appreciate the author for sharing this interesting article.

The mob was seriously unraveling when Frank Salemme was rising. The Boston mob under Larry Zannino and Sonny Baioni (for Raymond Patriarca) was on its last legs by then. It was getting involved with drugs that undid them in the end. The mob failed because the conditions that allowed it to thrive in the early 20th century, were gone by the later part of the century. They devolved into petty crime they couldn’t control. I’d like to see a Hollywood movie that depicts that era.
