A father and son have been charged after an inmate at the Lancaster County Prison died of a drug overdose. Jaime Franco-Quinones and Christopher Franco-Robles are charged with drug delivery resulting in death. Lancaster police said two prison inmates out on work detail last month took a package of fentanyl from a trash can in front of the prison. According to court documents, it was part of a prior arrangement made during a recorded prison phone call. Read More. |
