| KBI investigates inmate deaths at Kansas correctional facilities |

The Kansas Bureau of Investigations is leading investigations into four inmate deaths at state correctional facilities, three of which may involve illegal drugs. The Kansas Department of Corrections said two inmates died at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility, one died at the Larned Correctional Facility and one died at the El Dorado Facility. A spokeswoman for the KDOC said they haven't determined how the illegal drugs got into the correctional facilities. Read More. |
