MIAMI, Ok. - The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is hoping to enforce new regulations to keep cell phones from being smuggled into prisons.

This often involves gangs orchestrating crimes with smuggle phones.

The corrections department has removed almost 50,0000 phones from those in prison since 2011.
