PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KATV) — Staff at the Cummins Unit in Grady observed a 40-year old inmate suffering from apparent self-inflicted wounds in a single-man cell on Wednesday around 1 a.m., said the news release. Tory Crook was taken to the unit infirmary for emergency medical treatment and was transported to a local hospital. He was pronounced dead at approximately 10 a.m. Thursday. Read More. |
