DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) – An Dubuque County inmate is dead and authorities are investigating. The Dubuque County Sheriff said a recently admitted inmate was found unresponsive Sunday around 5:10 p.m. CPR was started and Dubuque Fire and Rescue were on scene soon after.
