| Corrections: Inmate reported dead at SCI-Camp Hill |

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections on Tuesday reported that an inmate has died at State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill. The department said an officer was making security rounds of a housing unit on Sunday when he found Carlton Madden, 41, of Steelton, unconscious in his cell. Officers and prison medical staff performed CPR until Lower Allen EMS arrived, but Madden was pronounced dead by EMS at 8:41 p.m. Read More. |
