YAKIMA, Wash. - A Yakima County Jail inmate is facing new criminal charges for allegedly throwing feces at corrections officers. The officers were serving breakfast to inmates on Saturday morning when authorities say 26-year-old Matthew L. Huizar used a cup to throw feces and possibly urine.
