| Authorities seek missing inmate with Platte County ties |

Authorities are searching for a missing inmate who has ties to Platte County. Anthony Mattison, 30, left the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln (CCC-L) shortly after 6 a.m. June 29, according to Laura Strimple, chief of staff for the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS). CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision. Read More. |
