UPDATE: The Alabama Department of Corrections confirmed that James Leroy Franklin was recaptured around 9:16 p.m. Saturday night. ORIGINAL STORY: The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) said one of the inmates housed in the Elba Work Release Center (EWRC) is reported as missing.
