Halfway House escapees face identity theft charges |

Two men who escaped the Iowa Department of Corrections Marshalltown Residential Facility last month — commonly known as the “halfway house” — face additional charges of identify theft. Joshua Lee Davis, 30, and Jack Lewis Good, 46, were in Marshall County District Court Friday to answer to the felony charges. According to criminal complaints and affidavits filed in court, the two stole credit cards belonging to New Hope Christian Church and charged at least $1,500. Read More. |
