Torrington –An inmate-on- inmate assault involving a weapon took place at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. The incident resulted in one inmate being transported to a hospital for medical care. The matter is under active investigation by the Torrington Police Department and the Wyoming Department of Corrections. WMCI is currently running on normal operations. |
