An inmate who escaped from the Frank Lee Youth Center in Elmore County early Saturday is back in custody, the Alabama Department of Corrections said. Eric Lamar Nelms Jr., 21, who is serving a three-year sentence, was recaptured by the ADOC about 6 p.m. on Saturday. Read More. |
