LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- An inmate has died in custody at the Fayette County Detention Center. According to Lieutenant Matt LeMonds, community corrections staff members found a woman unresponsive in her cell at 10:37 p.m. Friday, November 8th. LeMonds says staff members started helping her right away with Corizon Medical Staff members, who do medical work at the jail, deciding she needed to go to the hospital. Read More. |
