Marshal's Fugitive Taskforce arrests inmate walkaway from Fargo halfway house |

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) - The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Taskforce has tracked down and arrested an inmate who walked away from a Fargo halfway house two days ago. Working on tips and surveillance video from Centre Inc., 30-year old Juan Martinez was believed to be holed up in a northside apartment. The building was staked out for about 7 hours and early Tuesday morning, a friend showed up to give Martinez a ride. The officers stopped the car on South University Drive and arrested Martinez without incident. He was serving a federal sentence for a 2015 conviction of a felon with a gun. Read More. |
